My favorite concept that I learned in SWAT all year long was for
sure, The 5 Love Languages. The reasons, this is one of my favorite concepts, is
because it showed me how to keep my parents happy, and how to keep them feeling
loved, that happened, because in the day Mr.Galles gave me the test, that
showed which love language was yours, (By the way mine was Acts of Service) I
took it home, and made my mom and dad take that same test, it came out for my
dad: Quality Time, and for my Mom it came out: Words Of Affirmation. So that
way I kept my parents always feeling loved, now everyday when I go home I say
for example, Mom you look beautiful, or Mom I love you, and now a spend a lot
of time with my dad, for example, listening music with him at night, or out
fishing in the lake. That is the concept
I most use in my life today, so thank you Mr.Galles for teaching me this
important concept.

SWAT your focus reflection 3
I want to be real, this week was tough, it all started when i had a math test, i dod really bad at it, i told my parents and the weren't a bit happy, but they really got mad when they saw the actual grade, that im to embarrassed to tell. But anyway, that affected significantly my overall grade, and i couldn't bear seeing me and my parents that sad, so i went to my teacher, and begged for me to retake that test, and by explaining the situation, he allowed me. So i studied a lot at red did it, I got and 80, that improved significantly my overall grade, but since i was already improving i tough why stop hear? I checked my grades, and my english grade wasn't that good, so i turned in a assignment that was late, i did rally good in the pop quizzes that we had, and did all the homework's in time, and that made my grade go up a lot, and by doing all of that i improved my relationship with my parents, and putting first things first, my grades also went up, and that made me feel awesome, so it turns out everything worked out.
SWAT Your Focus Reflection 2
this was the second reflection of my SWAT your focus project. This week i had i lot of quality time with my parents. We had a lot of dinner conversations, we also had conversations after dinner, about how was our day and things like that. Also on Wednesday, it was my favorite part of the week, when it was about at 9:00 pm i sat down with my father at the living room and we were siting at the couch listening to mozart, we didn't talk once during that whole time but just being there with my dad doing a thing both of us enjoy, was worth a million words. Another part i felt great about this week was at Monday night, my mom was working late and my dad was really tired from a whole day working to i offered to give dinner, bath and put my sister to bed, i did all of that and at about 8:40 she was sleeping. I felt really GREAT for helping my parents that way, and my dad was really grateful, he wanted to reward me, but i insisted not to, i didn't do that for the reward.
SWAT Your Focus Reflection 1
This was the first week of applying those concepts to my life. Monday was the most difficult day, because im used to get home, and playing my video games checking faceboock, and procrastinating a bit, until i finally do my homework, but since one of my concepts in put first things first, i broke that habit, by getting home, eating an apple and doing all my homework, and thinking back it was one of the awesomest sensations i had this year, because later when i was doing the things a enjoyed playing my video games and etc I didn't have that non cool voice in my head saying YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK, and than im really happy. Im looking forward to continue with this great feeling next week!

SWATS Your Focus
3 SWAT Concepts:
Put First Things First
Parents
Self
This week im thinking, that if i put first things first everyday, for example i get home, i see my PlayStation, oh no! I see it is pushing me, it has its own gravitational force, but then i see my homework in my desk, it is not pushing me at all and I am not in the mood of doing it. But if I Put First Things First i will do the homework first, that way having the whole afternoon for my self.
Ok so putting first things first means having more time for my self is great, because i will be able to do all the things i enjoy until the time to go to bed, and that also gives me time to think and reflect about my day, and one of the best parts is that i will be able to go to bed in time, making me well rested for the next day.
But all the time i have left wont be used so i can spend it all playing video games, i will also want to use that time to spend some Quality Time with my Parents, for example, having a nice conversation, go out to see a movie, have a family dinner, or not even do all of that with my parents but also for my parents, for example they work so hard every day and i think they deserve to have one night to rest, so i will one day offer to help them with my little sister, like giving her dinner and putting her to bed. Martin Luther King agrees, "life's most urgent question is what are you doing for others?''(132).I will do that for when i grow up all that I remember from my childhood is a video game......

TWM

Day 8:
Day 9:By being a prioritizer, you never leave anything for the last minute, you always do your assignments and things you need to do at least 2 day before its due
Day 16:If only the worlds problems could be solved with a simple conversation....(from day 17)
Day 10: If you're a LoseWin kind of guy, you're bassically telling the world that everything that you - do with your friends that get you in trouble, you take the whole fault, in other words you friends you se you for their own purposes. (from Day 16)
Day 11: Most people go through life thinking Win-Lose, and your making friend lose and you go out wining. (from day 16)
Day 12: Try never to think Lose- Lose, because that basically means that you think like this, If im going down, that sucker goes with me.(From day 16)
Day 13: The best way to always think is Win-Win, because in this situation nobody ever loses, for example you help clean your friends room, and the friend helps you clean your room. (From day 16)
Day 14: You cannot have a team of only cattolists, bu a cattolist can help the team be better at almost everything. (day 17)
Day 15: Never in your life be a procrastinator and let important things become urgent, always try to be a prioritizer, by putting first thing first. (From day18)
Day 17: Every dedicated and successive team has a cattolist.
ex: Michael Jordan
Day 18: If you are friends with a slacker, or a yes man, think twice of for the reason why both of you are friends.
